This is an unused item, but it does not come with its original case. It does include the dedicated Air Span accessory. I received this item from an acquaintance who was moving abroad. I rarely use microphones, only occasionally for karaoke, and I do not own a karaoke machine at home, so I have never used this. A dedicated nickel-hydrogen battery is included. It can also be used with commercially available AA batteries.
